Our team of Account Managers is passionate about supporting our clients’ employees. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of employee engagement programmes and the smooth running of impactful community investment initiatives. Liaising between employees, client managers and community organisations takes patience and great organisational skills. They are strong and sensitive communicators, supported by efficient systems and procedures, leading to deep engagement with our clients’ staff.

Tracey Reeves – Corporate Programmes Manager
Tracey has vast experience working with our corporate clients, and has a good under-standing of grant making programmes and is responsible for the day-to-day management of employee engagement programmes. Her background in finance helps ensure our clients receive their programme reports in the most useful format for their needs in a timely fashion. She gives excellent customer service, providing advice and support to employees and their chosen charities ensuring their matched giving applications have the best possible chance of being supported.
Andrew Pedersen – Corporate Programmes Manager
Andy has experience of implementing new operational and financial strategies, and organisational restructuring. Andy is responsible for client relationship management, including all reporting, and has a strong but consultative management style, working well with all our stakeholders including corporates and charities alike.
Su Warren – Account Manager
With her experience in customer service and financial administration, Su helps us to deliver efficient and cost effective support to our clients in the employee engagement arena. Su has been instrumental in our management of benevolent funds and appeals from charities requesting corporate funding, and her clients include DHL, EE and Amazon.
Sarah Stock – Account Manager
Sarah brings a wealth of administrative experience from working within corporates in the financial world. She has additional experience of working within the hospitality sector and gives excellent customer service and advice. Sarah helps us deliver an effective and efficient service to our clients. Her responsibilities include programme management, research and due diligence work.
Lauren Pitt – Account Manager
Lauren joined us after graduating from university and is an active fundraiser, school’s Ambassador and public speaker for Guide Dogs for the Blind, aiming to raise awareness of sight loss and the life changing work of Guide Dogs. Lauren is also a Youth Worker and mentors young people facing difficulties. Lauren manages client relationships, runs employee engagement programmes and our more complex grant making programmes on account of her excellent IT skills.
